Once users subscribed to the service from own given full consent, then users will be able to enjoy the relevant entertainment-based content.

Browsing Charges

For browsing the web portal, standard data charges are applicable.

Return & Refund

For any issues of any Return and Refund Policy, a standard timeline (7 to 12 working days) required.

Agreement

Terms of Use shall mean this Agreement to be read in conjunction and together with the Privacy Policy as may be updated from time to time (Refer Changes) in relation to a User’s and/or a Subscriber’s access to and use of Service(s).

Eligibility

You hereby agree and acknowledge that you are above 18 years of age (or above 21 years of age, where a guardian is appointed under the Majority Act, 1875). In case, You are under the age of majority in your country, territory, or province as per applicable law.

Definitions

Device

Device shall mean a hardware interface that facilitates use of Service(s) and access to and/ or streaming of Content(s) via internet and includes a personal computer (desktop/ laptop), mobile device, portable media player.

18+

18+ shall mean A program that is for Adults Only. This content is patently created and intended for adults. The themes, depictions and level of content is mature and at a level that is not appropriate for children. Moreover, the graphic nature of any depictions may be much more extreme than any other rating category.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Watch On application ("App") or website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Watch On is a subscription-based streaming platform providing on-demand access to movies, TV series, and digital content. Access is available to registered subscribers who maintain an active paid subscription.

3. Subscription Plans

Watch On offers various subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) billed in INR (India) or BDT (Bangladesh). Prices are displayed on the Plans screen before checkout. Subscriptions are non-transferable and valid for personal use only.

* Renewal charges apply at the end of each billing cycle. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Digital Delivery: Access to all content is granted instantly upon successful payment confirmation. No physical delivery is required or applicable.

4. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate registration information.
Account credentials must not be shared. Simultaneous streams are limited per plan.
Watch On reserves the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these terms.

5. Permitted Use

Watch On content is licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not:

Download, copy, or redistribute content.
Use screen recording or capture tools during playback.
Share your account credentials with others outside your household.
Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions.

6. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways (Razorpay for India, SSLCommerz for Bangladesh). By completing a payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Watch On does not store card or banking credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on Watch On are the property of their respective owners. No rights are transferred to users beyond a limited license to view licensed content during an active subscription.

8. Disclaimers

Watch On provides the service "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Content libraries are subject to change based on licensing agreements.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Watch On is a digital subscription service. Because content access is delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, we maintain a limited refund policy as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

Duplicate charges for the same subscription period.
Technical failure where payment was debited but no subscription was activated (confirmed by our records).
Unauthorized transaction (supported by bank documentation).

Not Eligible for Refund

Change of mind after subscription activation.
Partial use of a subscription period.
Account suspended due to policy violations.
Issues with your device, internet connection, or compatibility.

Refund Process

Standard Refund Timeline: 7–10 working days
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days (subject to your bank's processing time).

How to Request a Refund

Email support@watchon.store with subject line "Refund Request – [Transaction ID]".
Include your registered email address, transaction ID, date of payment, and reason for the request.
We will respond within 2 business days with a decision.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from approval date.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the app (Profile → Subscription → Cancel). Cancellation prevents future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is issued for unused days.

For payment disputes not resolved through the above process, you may also contact your bank or payment provider directly. Watch On will cooperate fully with dispute resolution processes initiated through SSLCommerz or Razorpay.
